Fearless Mastery 2026

Your Vision. Your Journey. Your Transformation.

Spring Cohort February 2 - June 2

Zen Habits' most powerful program — four months of teachings, practice, coaching, and a community walking alongside you to support deep transformation in how you work and live.

Three Journeys.
One Fearless Path.

Over the years, Fearless Mastery has supported hundreds of creators, leaders, and change-makers in bringing their most meaningful work to life. Now, for the first time, the program is evolving into three distinct journeys, each designed to meet you where you are in your work and life.

Build Strong Foundations

Productivity

Build the foundations and structure for meaningful, sustainable work.

For those who feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of procrastination or burnout, or who've tried productivity systems that didn't last.

Bring Your Vision to Life

Creators

Transform your creative vision from aspiration into reality.

For those with a dream project that keeps being put off, who feel the gap between what they want to create and what they're accomplishing.

Expand Your Impact

Business

Deepen your leadership capacity and scale your work in sustainable, aligned ways.

For leaders ready to move beyond old patterns, navigate the challenges of growth, and expand their impact. Transform not just your business, but how you show up as a leader.

Rooted in Zen Habits Principles

All three journeys share the same foundation: working with resistance, overwhelm, and uncertainty rather than fighting against them. You'll cultivate mindfulness and presence, build habits that sustain you, and develop the self-compassion needed to keep going when things get hard.Whether you're building foundations, bringing a vision to life, or expanding your leadership, you'll be supported by practices that honor your well-being as much as your work.

The Core: 3 Forces for Transformation

Fearless Mastery is built on three interconnected forces that create the conditions for transformation.

Structure

The practices, teachings, and weekly sessions that guide you through the program. A framework that supports your practice and keeps you moving forward.

Community

A community that sees you, supports you through challenges, celebrates your wins, and offers the connection and accountability that help you stay engaged with your work.

Coaching

Personal guidance that reveals your patterns, uncovers blind spots, and brings awareness to how you work and live. Transformation that happens from within.

Fearless Mastery

Productivity

Spring Cohort February 2 - June 1

Build the foundations for meaningful, sustainable work through a productivity practice grounded in mindfulness and systems thinking. You'll learn to understand and work with your patterns, design structures that support both your work and your wellbeing, and develop a practice that adapts as your life evolves.

Who It's For

This program is especially designed for those who:

  • Feel constantly overwhelmed, overstretched, or stuck in their work

  • Find themselves caught in cycles of overwork, procrastination, or burnout

  • Struggle to find time, energy, or focus for their most meaningful work

  • Have tried multiple productivity systems that didn't last, and want an approach that feels more personal and sustainable

The Structure

The difference between wanting to change and actually changing often comes down to structure. This program provides a framework that supports you through four months of focused work — every element designed to work together to guide and hold you.

Essentials

Weekly Calls

Weekly live 90-minute sessions (Mondays at 11am Pacific / 2pm Eastern via Zoom) that blend learning, practice, and accountability. You'll have teaching sessions that offer guidance and direction, group practice that deepens your engagement, coaching that addresses your challenges, and accountability sessions where you share progress and receive support from the group.

Coaching

Two 1-on-1 coaching sessions throughout the program (one with each coach) that help you recognize patterns that hold you back and develop new ways of approaching your work. These sessions offer a space to reflect deeply, work through resistance, and receive guidance focused on your growth.

Practice & Accountability

Monthly Practices

Each month introduces a specific focus for your practice — something to explore, work with, and return to throughout the weeks. Each one offers a lens through which to observe your patterns and practical ways to engage with what you're learning.

Weekly Check-Ins

A weekly check-in space for staying connected to your work and the community. Share victories, intentions, challenges, or reflections — it's optional and flexible, designed to support your accountability in whatever way feels most helpful.

Shared Across Programs

Office Hours

One-hour group coaching sessions for ongoing support. Whether you're navigating resistance, facing blocks, or need a fresh perspective, these sessions provide space to work through challenges and get the guidance you need.

Focus Sessions

Co-working sessions designed for deep, uninterrupted focused work. You'll have protected time to make real progress on your most important tasks while being supported by the presence of others engaged in their own meaningful work.

What to Expect

Over four months, you'll move through a clear progression: starting with clarity on your purpose and direction, then understanding how your current productivity system operates, designing structures and practices that serve you, and finally developing the skills to sustain your practice over time. You'll gain practical capabilities for working with overwhelm, resistance, and imperfection, alongside a reflective practice for adapting as your life changes.

Topics You'll Cover

  • Foundations of mindful productivity

  • Clarifying your purpose and using vision to set direction

  • Understanding your relationship with productivity and current patterns

  • Working with limited resources: time, energy, and attention

  • Recognizing cognitive biases, resistance, and procrastination patterns

  • Understanding and working with overwhelm and time anxiety

  • Decision-making, self-trust, and designing for simplicity

  • Building sustainable routines, setting boundaries, and cultivating focus

  • Finding joy in the process rather than rigid outcomes

  • Self-compassion, imperfection, and the skill of beginning again

  • Reflection practices and adapting as your life evolves

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I cannot attend the weekly calls?

Weekly calls are a core part of the program. Please commit to attending the weekly calls. That said, we understand life happens. All sessions are recorded (except small group breakout work) so you can catch up if you need to miss a call.

Can I enroll in two programs at the same time?

No. You won't be able to participate in more than one program at a time. Each program requires significant time and focus to get the full benefit. If you're interested in multiple journeys, please complete one before moving to the next.

Is there a refund policy in place?

We don't allow refunds, to serve you fully committing to the program, and because when you sign up, you're taking up a limited spot.

What if I need to drop out or can't complete the program?

We ask that you do a call with us before you exit, and not just drop out via email. We don't offer refunds because of limited spots.

How much time should I expect to commit each week?

Plan for 3-4 hours per week: 90 minutes for the weekly call, plus time for your monthly practice, weekly check-ins, and working on your focus areas. Some weeks may require more, especially if you attend office hours or focus sessions. The program works best when you give it consistent attention.
